The Norwester is a classic, waxed cotton, all weather smock designed with a nod to the past and a desire to keep plastics and polyesters out of the picture.
Inspired by photographs of my mother's Norwegian skiing expeditions, and by my all time favourite film, The Heroes of Telemark, this unpretentious smock will keep out the rain, the wind, the waves and the snow. It is made with a special dry feel waxed cotton that will repel water*.

SIZING (These measurements are all net garment measurements. You will want to give yourself plenty of room for movement when choosing your size. I would recommend at least 4" on top of your body measurements)
Extra small - Chest 40", Waist 40", Hip 43", Sleeve length (shoulder to cuff) 26", Centre back length (nape to hem) 28"

All smocks are made to order in my studio in the Lake District. Depending on fabric deliveries, orders could take anywhere between 2 and 6 weeks. I will keep you updated on progress throughout the process.
*Whilst the fabric is water repellent to a degree, the seams are not taped and I can't claim that it is a waterproof garment, however I am happy to describe it as shower proof.
